TCGWaifu collects as little as it can. We don't sell or share personal data, and there are no ads on the site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser and Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. We don't send it your email address or your collection.

Newsletter and price alerts

If you sign up for the weekly market movers email or set a price alert, we store your email address (plus any favorite characters you pick when signing up, and for an alert, the card and your target price) on our own PocketBase server. Only the site owner can read that list, and it's used only to send those emails. You can stop them at any time on the unsubscribe page.

Your collection and watchlist

The collection trackerand watchlist are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Affiliate links

Some links to TCGplayer and eBay are affiliate links: they carry our partner ID and a label for the page you clicked from, so we're credited if you buy. Those merchants may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Buying through them costs you nothing extra.
